Kilkivan PBR 2026 – Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event grounds, patrons agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Admission
1.1 Entry is subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Event management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, offensive, disruptive, intoxicated, or in breach of these conditions.
1.3 Patrons enter the venue at their own risk.
2. Tickets
2.1 All tickets must be purchased through the official event ticketing partner, Flicket.
2.2 Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers, third-party websites, or any source other than Flicket are purchased at the buyer's risk and may be refused entry.
2.3 Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or altered tickets may not be honoured.
2.4 Event management reserves the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold for profit, transferred in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or obtained fraudulently.
2.5 Each ticket holder is responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate at the time of purchase to receive important event updates.
2.6 Admission is subject to the ticket holder presenting a valid ticket for scanning upon entry.
3. Refunds and Event Changes
3.1 No refunds will be issued for change of mind, inability to attend, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.
3.2 In the event of cancellation by the organiser, refund arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders.
3.3 Event schedules, entertainment, competitors, attractions, and operating times may change without notice.
3.4 Delays, interruptions, or modifications due to weather, safety concerns, livestock welfare, or circumstances beyond the organiser's control do not entitle patrons to a refund.
4. Venue Rules
The following are strictly prohibited:
Glass bottles or glass containers
Fires of any kind
Fireworks
Weapons
Illegal substances
Excessive noise or anti-social behaviour
Dangerous driving
Vehicle movement in restricted areas
Unauthorised drones
Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff, contractors, competitors, or other patrons
Anyone breaching these rules may be removed from the venue without refund.
5. Alcohol
5.1 The event is licensed.
5.2 No BYO alcohol is permitted within the licensed areas.
5.3 Proof of age may be required at any time.
5.4 Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and may be removed from the venue.
6. Camping
6.1 Camping is permitted only in designated areas.
6.2 Campers must follow all directions from event staff and security personnel.
6.3 Quiet enjoyment of the campground is expected from all patrons.
6.4 Event management reserves the right to remove any camper whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
6.5 Campers are responsible for their own property and security.
7. Vehicles
7.1 A maximum speed limit of 10km/h applies throughout the venue.
7.2 Vehicles must remain on designated roadways and parking areas.
7.3 Event management reserves the right to restrict vehicle movements at any time for safety reasons.
8. Animals
8.1 No dogs or pets are permitted unless approved by event management or required as certified assistance animals.
9. Photography and Media
9.1 The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
9.2 By entering the venue, patrons consent to the use of their image, likeness, and voice in promotional, marketing, social media, broadcast, and future event materials without compensation.
10. Risk Warning
10.1 Professional bull riding and associated activities involve inherent risks.
10.2 Patrons acknowledge that livestock, vehicles, equipment, and large crowds may present hazards.
10.3 Patrons attend entirely at their own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organisers, venue owners, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, and associated parties accept no responsibility for:
Personal injury
Loss or damage to property
Theft
Delays or interruptions
Any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at the event
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Compliance
Patrons must comply with all instructions issued by event management, security personnel, emergency services, and authorised officers.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
